Generates http4s-grpc service bindings — and, by default, the ScalaPB message classes those bindings refer to — from .proto sources.

This is the Mill counterpart of org.http4s.grpc.sbt.Http4sGrpcPlugin. Where the sbt plugin appends a target to PB.targets and lets sbt-protoc drive protoc, this module owns the whole invocation: one protoc run emitting into <dest>/scalapb (messages) and <dest>/http4s-grpc (services), both wired into generatedSources.

If you already generate messages elsewhere (e.g. with Mill's contrib ScalaPBModule), set http4sGrpcGenerateMessages to false and this module emits service bindings only.
