Loads a generator declared as a Scala object named generatorClass.

Loads a generator through a caller-supplied resolver.

Reflectively adapts <generatorClass>$.MODULE$ to ProtocCodeGenerator.

Reflection rather than a cast: the loaded class comes from a different ClassLoader, so its ProtocCodeGenerator is a different Class object and a cast would throw. Only the run(Array[Byte]): Array[Byte] shape is shared.
